Have you ever noticed that birds returning north from their winter migrations look particularly fat and round? I only recently learned that they aren't fat at all; they have trapped air within their down feathers to keep themselves warm in the chilly Spring air. Once I learned that I felt a bit bad for naming this little warbler Plumpy.
