Seashells
This collection was inspired by the women who have gone through breast cancer. For those who survive and bear the surgeries, scars, or physical signs of having breast cancer body image and self-esteem can become a struggle. Seashells were the perfect metaphor for this collection. They are all exquisite; all slightly different one from the other and most importantly, broken and damaged shells are some of the most beautiful and interesting. I hope this collection of artwork reminds us to celebrate the changes we face and the scars we bear and that there is enormous beauty in all of it.
